2* Las personas.
Cada persona es un mundo, todas las personas involucradas en esta red social son parte decisiva del sistema, no habrá una estrategia que funcione para todos, por lo cual deberás con una estrategia diversa de métodos para cada uno de los integrantes del equipo.
3*Estimula al equipo.
En una red social, todo se trata de los individuos y sus interacciones, busca que tu equipo encuentren la sinergia ideal y la difundan en los demás departamentos, la estimulación de tu equipo puede ayudar a debilitar la resistencia al cambio y transformar toda la organización.
4* A un paso del cambio
Las personas siempre se organizan dentro del contexto de un entorno. El entorno determina la forma en que el sistema puede auto-organizarse y las buenas noticias es que nosotros podemos modificar el entorno. Debido a que las conductas de las personas dependen de su entorno, si cambiamos el entorno, cambiamos el mindset de las personas.
